These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Neura UI website at https://neuraui.dev (the "Website"), operated by TechFly SARL ("Company", "we", "us").
Neura Kit — the open-source Laravel component library — is distributed separately under the MIT License. These Terms cover the Website and related online services; they do not replace or restrict the MIT license for the Software package itself.
By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

2. Open-Source Software
Neura Kit (neura-ui/neura-kit) is free and open source under the MIT License.
- No purchase or subscription is required to use the library
- No license key or activation step is required
- Commercial use, modification, and redistribution are permitted under MIT

3. Website Use
You may browse documentation, examples, and public pages on the Website.
If you create an account on the Website (when available), you agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your credentials confidential
- Be responsible for activity under your account
We may suspend or terminate access to Website accounts that abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable law.

Source code of Neura Kit is licensed under MIT. Copyright notices must be preserved as required by that license.

Unless otherwise stated, branding, documentation prose, marketing copy, and visual assets on https://neuraui.dev remain the property of TechFly SARL. You may quote documentation for ordinary development use; wholesale scraping or republication of the site as a competing product is not permitted without permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and Neura Kit are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The MIT License also disclaims warranties for the Software package.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under French law, TechFly SARL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue, or data, or business interruption arising from use of the Website or the Software.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including liability for fraud or willful misconduct).
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of France.
Any dispute relating to the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
